What We Offer
Small Size Classes
We offer small size classes, so your children get more individualized care, personalized attention, they create a personal connection with our teachers and their peers.Smaller classes allow our teachers to create personalized learning paths that will suit each student’s unique personality. No child is left behind, as in smaller classes we find children seem more motivated and consequently more engaged with their learning.
Fun Outdoor Activities
Good outdoor play is essential for healthy development, especially in children’s early years. Being active outside provides little ones with valuable experiences that can directly impact their physical development, social skills, creativity, and even their intelligence. In our fenced playground area children can play, run and observe the beautiful nature around them.
Clean classrooms
Keeping our facility clean is vital for the health, safety and well being of our children, families and staff. One of the most important steps we take to reduce the spread of germs (i.e. bacteria, viruses) is keeping our classrooms clean throughout the day.
Dedicated teachers
Our staff consists of loving individuals who have a passion for Early Childhood Education and serving young children and families. Every staff member meets the Pennsylvania State requirements for their position including Early Childhood Education as well as CPR and First Aid certifications. Our teachers are committed to the opportunity to serve and teach each unique child and family with grace and love.
Stretch and Grow Program
Stretch-n-Grow makes fitness FUN! The purpose is to create life-long healthy habits at an early age. Stretch and Grow is a fun, action-packed fitness class where kids learn strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and how healthy foods fuel their bodies.
Watch your kids develop focus and gain self-control from physical activity that will help with school and sports readiness and skyrocket them to their next milestone…all while making friends and having FUN!
Music Program
Music is fun! Children love to sing songs and dance!
Music and movement provide children with so many benefits. They help children develop skills such as cognitive growth, problem-solving, self-expression and social development. Without music and movement in early childhood education, a child's learning is incomplete.
Teaching children classic songs and rhymes is one of the best ways to develop their auditory perceptual skills. It is fun and children learn auditory skills with little effort. Nonsense rhymes are great for tuning a child's ear to sound patterns, especially rhyming patterns.
Special Activities
In our facility, every week we learn about a different theme. With different themes come different activities such as science activities, sensory activities, arts and crafts, small social gatherings, dancing, indoor and outdoor activities. Children get to experience and learn new skills, interests, and abilities. Activities are important for their emotional and spiritual well-being, social skills, fine motor skills, analytical thinking, problem solving and coping skills.

Yiayia’s is THE daycare, I don’t trust many people with my child but I’m over the moon about the fact that I found a daycare that is not only like family, but I NEVER have worries about my child when he’s there! Their staff loves the children as if they are their own, teacher to child ratio is perfect in the sense of making sure your child will be properly cared for. We love Yiayia’s like family 💙💙💙

I can’t say enough good things about Yiayia’s (Grandmother in Greek). These women truly give their hearts to these children. My son is 2 and started here October 2021. He has flourished as a human. It’s amazing to see his speech increase immensely, his empathy shining, and his personality thriving. They’re really a blessing. I’ve never understood when people say “they’re like family” but this is the first time in my life, I get it. The owner is the sweetest, genuine person. I’m not an easy person to please, so please know this program is up to some high standards- and these ladies, even higher! They exceed all expectations and deserve to be so, so successful. I hope you tour here, so you get the same warm and fuzzies they gave me the first day and continue to give me. They’re awesome! I have no idea how I didn’t write this review sooner!

My son has been at Yiayia’s for a little over 6 months now and our whole family loves it there! I was initially very nervous sending my son to daycare/preschool but Jenny made me feel comfortable very quickly. I was able to see that the staff here really care about the children and it has a very homey vibe which was what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with the people caring for my child and he actually said he didnt want to go home the other day when I came to pick him up! I was shocked but so happy! We are so very blessed and grateful that we found Yiayia’s!
